Are you an engineer in the process of interviewing ?

If so here are some questions you should ask your potential new manager as part of the interview process.

Ive interviewed many candidates as an engineering leader. While the interview is a time for a company to see if you are a good fit; you should interview them back as well!

Usually an interviewer will give you at least a couple of minutes to ask them questions. Ask tough questions and you’ll learn a lot. Additionally your potential manager will be impressed.

Answers you get to these questions vary quite a bit and are subjective. The important thing is to ensure that you get the info needed to choose a place to work that makes sense for you.
